Date Posted: 07:48:35 01/21/05 Fri The Toronto Argos of the CFL have just announced changes in uniforms and logos. The hideous teal will be dumped, the team is going back to their traditional "double blue" color scheme, although I'm not sure exactly what shades of blue will go into the new look. They also have announced that sone version of the old boat logo will be used on merchandise, but were not specific about using an old boat, or creating a new boat. The present helmet logo, a shield with a Argonaut superimposed over it will be changed to a shield with a large A in the center. The entire league is undergoing some uniform changes, minor or major depending on the team. Have not heard anything about helmet changes though. It's doubtful any other logos will change, but it is possible stripes or facemasks could be. If I remember correctly, most teams are adding a third jersey, or changing the existing third jersey.
