KEYWORD FALSE. Nothing was ever stated about her that is not true. The jeans were ugly as hell. She did rip off people by commiting fraud. She did display a bad attitude at Miss Louisiana and so on and so forth. Learn what legal terms mean before you post next time!

You are correct that Libel only covers false statement, as does Defamation of Character (which can technically be a separate charge, but is usually attached to slander and/or libel), and not opinions (which "the jeans are ugly" would be your opinion).
