There have been alot of posts on this board as well as others and I am setting the record straight. If I were the poster of these I would sign my name as I am not scared to do so. There is a court case being put together right now that is major. The IP numbers are going to be subpena'd to find out where the source of the slander against me came from. Someone went on a website and posted a criminal record that they thought was mine but they didn't bother to check the birthdates or the fact that my middle name was different from the record that was posted to destroy my reputation. Yes, Haley did take money from me under false pretences and we will get it back. Anyone who comes on here and posts anything that is untrue about me as this person who stated she heard I was on Springer will be brought into this. I have never been on Jerry Springer in my life and if I had I would state it. I do know for a fact that certain people involved with Haley has been spreading this around if it is not Haley or Phylis themselves. I am giving fair warning that these people involved with this will be brought to court. I am tired of playing these games. All involved with Haley have tried to ruin my reputation as well as personally attack my 15 year old child. They begged me on another board not to take them to court but they are being taken there. This case takes time as IP #'s are being gathered as a judge is granting that. Now whoever you are that went to a party last night with them has opened themselves up to this. I warned everyone about stating this lie that I was on Jerry Springer and apparently you didn't listen. I am mad and tired of all of this bull and if I want to post something I will post my name. If anyone wants to discuss this matter feel free to call me at 985-234-9087 or 985-956-1373 whoever you are you should never have gone there with repeating what you "HEARD" about me being on Springer which I have never been.
