        • I certainly hope that with this attitude and other comments you have made that you are NOT a contestant in any state. Perhaps attitude is what is keeping you from the crown, if you are or have been a contestant (NT) -- Things to consider, 12:52:04 11/19/08 Wed
    • Opinions about someone's appearance is one thing, but how you phrase that opinion is another. For example "long in the tooth" may be better stated as "she looks a little older than the other miss contestants" and "the Teen NC is ugly" could be rephrased as "the NC Teen USA wasn't the most facially beautiful contestant in the pageant" or even "I personally don't find her very attractive." It has nothing to do with being PC, but with knowing how to handle people with YOUR opinion. Not to mention that sometimes, it is indeed okay to keep one's opinion to oneself.
