Don't wait another day. You need to tell him to break up with her, or you are gonna go find someone else. There is no reason why you should put up with this. He shouldnt be worried about hurting anyone - he should communicate with her. Communication is the most essential element in this situation and you are just as much at fault as he is if you dont communicate with him and tell him to straighten things out. He can tell her that he just wants to be friends or something. If he hesitates or doesnt wanna break up with her, find someone else. Its as easy as that. Please resond to this and let me know what has happened.
