Subject: dark underarms

PLEASE HELP ME!!! i'm kinda desperate here...I HAVE DARK UNDERARMS!!! i'm afraid to go to a dermatologist and heve it bleached bec. it'll just get worse i the future. What can i do to make it whiter? i'm embarassed to wear tank tops and sleeveless shirts bec. of it. Please help me.....
