Subject: Looking for a good place (S'pore) for rebonding?

Hi, I am looking for a good place for Rebonding by this week, any recommendation on which are the reliable & good hairstylist for Rebonding? My burget was around 150 to 200 dollar.. I was thinking of going to Jean Yip Salon for Rebonding, is it a good one?

Btw, my hair was already 85% straight and abit frizzy and brittle and the lower portion of my hair. This was due to the colouring I have done a year ago. Am I still suitable for rebonding?
