Yes, spiritual masters are clearly not "omniscient" in the literal sense of the word. At least on the level at which they interact with the world.

Anyone who does not know e.g. the exact number of electrons in the universe is not omniscient. Even Jesus said "I know not what my father knows." It seems that in this world certain spiritual masters are given some powers to help them with their appointed tasks. Perhaps on a higher level they also have some omniscient consciousness which is never displayed.

It may also be that our perception of truth, based on material facts is not the highest truth. Taking the example of Christ's presence in Palestine. Let us suppose that a particular artifact or place is not genuine from a purely historical perspective. Nevertheless it may be that centuries of devotion at that shrine or object has somehow endowed it with a property which makes it genuine in the consciousness of God. Perhaps historical accuracy is not the appropriate standard in spiritual matters.
