Does your head feel like a baloon and u feel very tiny, but you are expanding at the same time? Your body also feels light and you feel you might "lift off" the ground you are sitting on?
I have had these things (and still do once in a while) but am not sure what they mean or what they are. But I sure enjoy the sensation they bring.
