Subject: Carrying Karma


I was reading about how Norman Paulsen carried PY on his back up the stairs when the elevator was down, and PY told him that he could not go up the stairs as his legs were working off a lot of people's karma.
I guess the people around PY at that time were lucky to have him.
Does anybody know if a Guru can still take your karma even if he has left his physical form?
