...its more like I have 2 different forces fighting against one another (spiritual & physical?) The "I" ego witness (whatever you want to call it?) just wants to expand but the dross of the body seems like a hand brake & I cannot quite let go & physically expand threw the walls? (if that makes sense?)

Its like I am completely filling the room upto the walls & this witness just wants to break free? (Thats when the stomach comes in!)
