Please note that the OC meeting will be held on 18 OCT, Monday, at CUPA office, 6/F Amenity Building

Team leaders pls prepare a summary of progress.
Matthew will arrange his working schedule and come to update training progress.
Alex Ngan (SCM) would like to come for understanding more for making second promotion moive clip.
Bryan will report the status of VIPs invitation.
Livia will brief us about Kick-off ceremony and event day arrangement
Agnes, would present the donation booth setting for 26OCT- 2Nov and preliminary results.
Teresa, please reserve venue
