Dear all,

Apart from the good performance of the practice with Matthew's excellent guidance and professional nursing support, the practice also offered us a wonderful hiking together experience of Citywalkers including Esther and German and OC members including Bryan, Livia, and Agnes and Bonnie, Bryan's friend albeit only the last stages of no. 9 and 10. That was excellent for strengthening and enhancing the relationship among all of the members of Proud of 20 in our pursuit of the sharing proud of Proud of 20.

Further, the water carriage and water supply support from Patrick and Wing's delivery support should also be noted and acknowledged.

Finally, the foot pain we might have should remind us to apply vaseline during the event days.
