The following are my experience for the TrailWalkers in last three years:

1. Don't carry those unnecessary and keep your personal belongings as light as possible. For example, you don't need to carry all your keys.
2. Tell your teammates as soon as possible if you find somewhere uncomfortable.
3. Keep your body warm, particularly, during the night.
4. Don't drink too much water. Otherwise, your body's minerals will lose too far and may not be recovered from your food and drink.
5. You should know where are the check points and support points and what you can get from those points.
6. Check the whether before to determine what you should carry.
