He watched Shirow walk away, wondering what he should tell his mom, and Shirow's wife. He'd been pulled from home to kill that rat bastard Ceallac himself, and instead had joined the masses in pleading for that ass's life. How could he have been so naive.

Ues' voice caught his attention, and he turned his head after the statement was made, science stuff. "Yea, sure man." was all the culd say before Ues disappeared in a haze of static.

The Avatar moved off him, and stumbled over toward Invelios.

He didn't care anymore. Instead he took the Kyuuyaku no Ayame and stuck it blade first into the ground, and left it there, for some poor individual to use in a fit of glory. It truely was the Martyr's sword. You die to kill.

"I know he did bro, I know. I'm glad you could do what I couldn't."

------------------------------------------------------------

Zen slumped to her knees on the ground in front of Invellios. Her turquoise eyes bright with tears. There was nothing -she- could do for him, not while Zenra was so...weak.

"I'm sorry, Invellios..."

The Avatar cried, simple jewels falling to the ground.
