He sounded odd, and the wolves' silence was as unnerving as their vocality. The Weave shouldn't have blocked the Guardians, it should have recognized them and allowed them to pass unhindered. It would not however allow her to travel the same way. The Guardians were all soulstuff, and granted a physical body to aid them in completing their task, she was definately solid and would not be able to pass along the Weave's threads as they did. The second thing she had noticed was that he referred to himself as "the fox" which was not like him. He had never referred to himself in the third party, and should have had no reason to start.
