The girl drew sharply in her breath between gritted teeth at the sight of the long, infected wounds and the whitened, jagged scars. She has a look of complete disbelief as she studies the gaunt equine - as if she can't believe her own eyes.

Her eyes widen even more in surprise as the horse *speaks* -or rather commuicates. "Y-you can..." Her astonishment is drowned by concern and empathy as Laurelle get to hear the story.

Her own eyes filling up with tears, Laurelle reach out a hand to smoother away the long forelock from his eyes. She is genuinly surprised by her own actions - she had never thought she would dare.

Making up her mind, she adresses the equine.

"I'm not a healer, but those wounds of yours needs to be seen to - if there is pure water and a place where to make a fire I can take care of them for you - if you will let me."
