 I work with another system, but it too has a sportswear catagory. Typically it's described as Teen Trendy. Something that is very fashionable, a couple steps above what you would typically wear day to day. I love skirts that flow on stage as they just attract your attention. I would accessorize more than usual. You are just looking for a really fun, funky outfit that has the 'wow' factor, something unique that makes you go "now that is so cute!"

The main thing is to avoid the obvious. Whatever is in stores everywhere, because it's the hottest thing of the season, is probably going to be the hottest sportswear outfit of the pageant. Go for the unexpected. Good luck!
