Fair pageants. And yes the pageant was pretty bad. I have been to numerous county fair pageants this summer and it was one of the worst.Some of the contestants were told to not to take very long getting ready in evening gown because the judges had already pretty much decided who won. The girl that won the title out of the Monroe Co. girls didn't even make top 20, but 2 who did,didn't get the title. The judges jumped and ran before they called the winners.
