Além da formação em serviço citada, concordo que a resistência é grande. Acho que o caminho poderia ser menos árduo se a instruçao obtida nas faculdades, enquanto formação acadêmica passasse também pelo processo de ensinar autonomia e a abordagem da mesma em sala, na formação do professor, como temos feito aqui.
Por favor, observem que meu comentário é baseado em discussão com colegas que lecionam comigo em faculdade local.
Como moro no interior e os colegas na capital, vocês tem observado algo diferente? Concordam?
