Pessoal,

Paradoxalmente, o mesmo feedback negativo que pode anular o desejo de aprender em uns, em outros se coloca como um fator impulsionador da aprendizagem. Tenho constatado em minha pesquisa que as pessoas reagem de forma muito diferente umas das outras.
