My husband says it sounds like you have a bad form of spyware.

He says to try booting your computer in safe mode (press F8 when your computer is booting to get the menu to load that will let you choose to boot in safe mode-- if you get to the Windows splash screen, you pushed it too late). After you're in safe mode, run your anti-spyware software. If the software you have doesn't work, he said you might try Webroot Spy Sweeper.

Once you can get a name of the spyware, you should be able to search online for directions to kill it.
