That didn't happen to me. My daughter is very demanding, so after she moved out, I slept for, like, a year. :-)

We have had the most pleasant summer in recent memory. After a hot spell in June, we've had very tolerable temps and a nice rainy season. And no nearby fires this year! I'm ready for fall.

I think it's against the covenants here, too, but I have a high fence around my backyard, and I put it in a very unobtrusive spot. Only one neighbor can even see it.
