For the most part, the way it looks doesn't matter to me at all. And, I'll try a lot of things. I'm just unwilling to try the organs of animals, for the simple reason that they're the organs of animals. Especially liver. It's the organ that filters all of the bad crap out of the food that an animal eats and it produces bile. Why would anyone even consider eating that?
