Gotta agree with you about the liver, but Mr. Lynx loves it. We all have different tastes, and that's one of the things that makes the world interesting.

When I was young, my mom would take us to the woods every spring to pick wild morels, which she would batter and fry. I looked forward to it all year, because they were to die for. That's what well-prepared calf fries and lamb fries taste like, exactly, and that's why I love them.

In this day and age? Well, in this day and age we eat the most highly processed, chemically enhanced, genetically manipulated foodstuffs ever. Some of the things you revile are, by comparison, much simpler and much healthier for us.
