I think the most regrettable thing of all is that those women, academic achievers and in the prime of their physical form, competed at the highest level. But in seconds, they were reduced to a genetic hair trait.

Imus either forgot or capitalized on his influential power thinking that what he said was untouchable. I don't know about your companies, but where I work, if I said the same thing he did, it's grounds for instant dismissal. He'll sign a contract with Sirius and make a bundle. Then the book. He'll be okay and there's more to him than bad taste and there are certainly more appropriate targets.

Sharpton and Jackson should just go away. And take Virgie Arthur with them. Talk about abuse of the spotlight.
