一個票箱能容得下多少票，一試便知。相信如此低能的工作，幼稚園學生也能勝任。偏偏，我們的胡國興大法官，硬指估計錯誤。什麼估計錯誤？既然林瑞麟已說他曾提出要作出100%投票率的準備，那還可有什麼估計錯誤？
