Actually the ballot box can merely hold 5-6 pack of A4 paper, which sum up to 2500-3000 sheets only. This is the case when packed by machine in factory. If the election ticket is folded up and slip in the box. It probably can only hold 250-300 ticker.

I don't think the officers are unaware of this simple things and haven't carry out any test. But they are intentionally to do so. For what???
