He watched curiously as the dragon lifted the women with his tail, so carefully placing her ontop of his broad back. Tenderness, apparantly, was not lost on the animal because he was obviously being careful with his mate. "Hm? Och, aye, that would be good I think. Ashleigh will be excited to have other lasses to chat with and Linn could use a bit of a breather from Falkirk." He grinned a touch suddenly. "Aye, but Grey is gettin' fat and lazy and like an old barn cat he is." Shaking his head, he looked over to Cael, raising a brow. "Ye ken it's true, neither of us let havin' a woman cause us to go soft but him, all he does is laze around the couch, listening to her ramble on 'bout her dusty old books. Sometimes he'll exert enough energy to summon food." He grinned again, obviously amused at the fact that his brother was letting himself go instead of showing Circenn up, as used to constantly do in the past. She nuzzled up onto her mate's back, closing her eyes and letting out a soft yawn as her body relaxed. She really didn't feel like doing much of anything at all but he had gone to the trouble of inviting people over and they had made the trip to help her out, so she decided to do her best and not complain at all about how beat she was. When he mentioned the fact about losing property, however, she raised a brow and then opened one eye, her voice grumbling. "How long as it been since I accidently set something on fire, Dane? Not counting yesterday. Honestly." She shifted her head to look over at the two men, feeling the need to explain and defend herself. "I really don't run around destroying things, breaking things or setting things on fire. I think he's being overdramatic." Sure, her powers needed to be better understood but really, it wasn't like she couldn't be allowed around the china or anything.
