(He ran his muzzle up her cheek until his breath was making the feathers atop her head fluff up. Rest, beloved. He murmured teh words, voice slightly quiet as though he were thinking. He didnt like how reserved she was being, it made him uneasy, but he wasn't feeling all that into analyzing things at the moment. Straightening, he made a low grunting sound as he shook like a great dog, scales flipping and settling back into place. Why she should feel guilty about letting him secure the area, he wouldn't know, because it was what he liked to do, it felt right to him. He moved about the area slowly, head low and nostrils flared, tongue peeking out every so often to test the air. He took a moment to observe the damage he had done to the woods with his tail, then sighed and finally returned to his mate. Slowly he lowered his body down beside hers, carefully tucking his legs beneath him, curling around her and bringing his head down to rest beside hers. His tail curled around her body and wrapped tight around the end of hers. He didn't know what to say to her because she was so quiet, not the way she usually was.. and he had a tendancy to stick his paws in his mouth, so he just lay there silently. After a moment, he tucked his wing down around her and purred softly, letting her know how happy he was feeling. They'd never expressed thier animalistic sides together.. this was something entirely new to them both, and though he was feeling nervous as a young lad he was completely sated as well.) Are you hungry? (He finally broke the silence, close to twenty minutes later, the nervousness making him feel a little twitchy.)
