His brow raised a touch as he watched his brother finish off the beer and then stand up, shaking his head. "Och, ye are going to be gone for a whole day at least and that means my lass is gonna be with yer lass the entire time." Huffing softly, he frowned and crossed his arms and teasingly growled at his brother before he grinned a touch and stood up. "Kerri and Tiernan have settled well into their wee house, havenae they? She loves having land to garden in and do all that sort of thing." Grinning, he carefully blocked off his mate before he finished his statement. "Cannae blame Tiernan for just lazing about and watching her crawl about, can ye? Tis a sight to see." Many of the male dragons, the single guards, had been sniffing around the friendly young woman who seemed eager to make friends in her new home - it was an on going debate now if a dragon could be with a human woman and not tear her apart with his...enthusiasm. "Aye but Tiernan needs to stake his claim a bit more adamantly on that lass or he is going to find her whisked away on Kaden's back before he can blink." Their younger brother was especially enchanted by the lass and spent many hours in her company since he had moved out of the keep and into the guards quarters. It was bitterness that kept him far from Dane and at times he wouldn't even open up to Durgan. He supposed it was good the young man was finding someone he could talk to but he wasn't to sure how he felt about that person being wee Kerri. At Dane telling him that he was going to make Tiernan work, he laughed, smirking a touch and ordering his own glass of beer. "Sounds like a plan to me. Maybe ye should stay bonded just a bit longer and let him do the most of it while he supervise."
