She frowned softly, her head shaking as she leaned back a little. "I don't know what happened out there. I've never, ever, shifted into a dragon. I had never even heard anything about you people until I saw the symbol on the sign and met the clan I was staying with. They explained everything to me...if I was dragon, why wouldn't they have said anything?" She questioned him, her brow furrowed heavily as she let out a low breath. "I just don't understand. Maybe when you cast a spell of some of your Magyck leaked over to me or something but I really don't think it's permanent." She frowned a little, though her eyes softened when he said he would take her in because she needed to have a home of her own. "I'd like a home again..." She murmured softly but then lifted her head to look at him. "This is all very strange to me, you understand that, right?" Sighing, she let out a low breath and just tried to figure out what was going on in her mind and in his. "I don't think...I don't think the woman have much of a place in the clans. I don't think I could live like that. I mean...to give some man the right to just...trade me away to another clan...that's just crazy sounding to me. The women in your clans may be raised to understand that but I wasn't." She let out a soft breath. "Maybe I just belong around regular people instead of Drakon, I don't know how easy it would be so switch my entire way of life and thinking." Her voice was soft and honest, willing to discuss things with him instead of being angry and upset or fighting with him, which really said a lot about how she felt about him. There had to be some respect there.
