(He watched her with yearning in his eyes, the lustful needy look of a male at the end of his rope. The spikes adorning his head like a crown raised again, as he felt the need to respond to her - no longer conceeding to her, but asserting his authority. For a split second he was putty in her paws, his eyes closing and a mewling of need escaping him as she nuzzled his neck. He didnt realize he had made the sound, but it was the needy cry of a whelp calling for its mother. A sound he hadn't made in so long that it was foreign to his own ears. He nuzzled her back, feeling a mixture of emotions that mystified him.) Because I am more at ease with my dragon's side.. and ye dinna ken yet that ye are as well. (He murmured to her, his voice soft like he was accidently speaking his thoughts. He knew - had known since he was young - that he was more dragon than man.. that - if given the choice - he would remain a dragon at all times. Just as his brother was more comfortable with his human side. Durgan understood emotions.. Zidane did not. He was wary of them, they were a magyck he didn't understand, couldn't control, and therefore his enemy. As a dragon he could act on instinct, letting the animal he was guide his movements, his behaviors, his thoughts.. and nothing he did seemed to shock her. Had he nuzzled and licked her skin as a human she would have killed him.. but now as he purred deeply and rubbed against her she responded in kind. It baffled him. His own gaze turned owlish as he turned his head to look at her, teeth baring slightly.) Nay, yer not. (He said to her, his features softening as he reached out to lip at her neck the way she had done to him the night before. He felt excitement running through him, like he felt when he hunted prey that knew how to outfox him.. he was excited for the hunt. He wanted to persue her.. learn her weaknesses and how to take advantage of them to his benefit.. to her benefit.) Ye are a million times the dragon she is. (He admitted, circling her with his neck arched, lowering his head to nip her shoulder, then lifting into the air with a powerful flap of wings.)
