...so i reallly love Indian food and about once a week my friend and i go to this indian buffet and basically gorge ourselves. (i pretty much plan my whole week/eating habits around this event.) since i dont purge, afterwards i am walking around with all this food in my belly and my body really isn't used to it. i feel bloated, of course, but worse than that i get these awful pains in my chest like something is pressing down on it and my heart starts beating very fast. is this a normal reaction for this type of behavior? i'm assuming that my digestive (and other) systems are working extra hard to deal with all of the food but will this have adverse affects somewhere down the line? what exactly is going on inside my body?! and does this happen to anyone else? thanks guys...
