i'm assuming that's normal (how your stomach is reacting)...at least somewhat...you know, if you dont eat (or dont eat very much) for quite a while and then eat a lot or a big meal or something, it's bound to be tough on your stomach.....also, it could be the type of food....i've never had indian food and cant even digest chinese food, so i'm not sure what it's like.....but if it's anything like chinese or mexican food i know that's tough on the stomach for sure....for us EDs especially.. also, if you're eating plain foods all week your stomach may be rejecting the indian food....i used to do this all the time when i was mia...i'd go like 4 days without eating then go to the Wendy's drive through and eat a double bacon cheeseburger with large fries. or i'd eat a king size chocolate bar cause i knew i wouldnt be eating for a week after that...felt horrible afterwards- extreme heaviness in the chest- like you said....so that's probably it, i'm not sure what advice i could give you about the indian food, but i can tell you your stomach is probably just working overtime...sorry i couldnt answer more of your questions-
take care,k?
