Jane, it is really good to see you back. I have been worried about you. I agree with Deb that it may be a touch of an OCD issue, especially having read your other post. (Don't ever worry about posting too many times! That's why we're all here.) There are a lot of issues and worries trying to press in on you. Be strong! I do think some therapy might help--a lot of people with OCD issues are helped with small doses of antidepressants, like paxil or zoloft. And like everyone else has said, you have nothing to lose. You will probably learn something, and you don't have to stay with the first clinic if you don't like them.
