after really getting disgusted with my eating habits i decided to start the 2468 diet today. today went surprisingly well. i wasnt really hungry all day (i was busy with school most of the time) and ate only a plum this morning and some sodium free potato leek soup for dinner. lunch i had a big gulp of diet coke, which felt like a treat. and i feel satisfied! i know its not the healthies thing, but i feel like its better than fasting and its all that i can do to get back on track. im not gonna weigh myself until the morning after the 800 day, but i will post my "results" then. is anyone else doing it right now? im curious to hear about everyone's experience with this diet also.
