I have a wierd problem: When ever I decrease my cals. I gain weight. This never happened before when my weight was low-low, and ana was stronger. I've dealt with ana now for 10 yrs. or so...

So here's the situation:
I was doing good; I was doing about 1250 a day for a whole month, and my weight was stable. But then I went down to 1050 for 3 days (which included some pickels, I don't normally have salt at all) and today I weighed myself– I had gained 2.5 lbs in 3 days! Have any of you had similar experiences? This happened a couple times before, but I had only dropped my cals. to 1100 for 2 days then. Those times, I went back to 1200 and the weight came off. Any advice or explanations (besides water weight)? Could I be depleteing my metabolism?
