I forgot to write that my allergies were diagnosed by a doctor and treated with ointments. I've outgrown them, but I avoid citrus and any of those old foods in heavy doses can still cause rashes, but not as severe as when I was a child. My daughter has the same exact allergies. On lara's subject, I also had very stressful, unhappy, angry dinner times growing up, so maybe that also plays a part. I also grew up in an alcoholic household, so talk about out of control. It all adds up, but the food allergy assignment is interesting. Good luck with school. Sandy
