Hee,

When I was in my worst time of ana I believed everybody was trying to get me to eat because I was thinner than they were, my parents, my friends simply everybody. I really believed that they ate stuff to demotivate me.
Let me tell you, that is probably not the case, ED's make you mistrust people. Dont give in to it, there are people who care for you, they dont want to hurt you.
Sometimes that is the whole idea of the ED, that you dont believe that people care for you so with everything they do, you assume they have some kind of hidden agenda.
Anyway, try to relax a little, your mom is not jealous, she just wants you to eat something you like, because she cares.
