hey guys- i need some input, especially from chocolate who seems to know a lot about metabolism issues. the past 3 days has been a complete binge madness, and i realized its because i just dont eat during the week and by the weekend i just give in. i want to get better and steady my eating habits, but i need a starting point. i realize i've probably put on weight from the 3 days but i was wondering if i started to eat 800 calories (what i hear is the min. to have functioning organs) would i keep gaining weight??? i want to eat more then that gradually and start to exercise to keep healthy, but for now i cant just add weight or i will be discouraged. please ANYONES input is SO appreciated so i can help myself get better , thank you all
