Lara,
I do care that you are back to normal and feeling better about yourself now. It is so good that you were able to talk yourself out of your anxious feelings. I know that the time around my period can be one of the worst times of eating that I have. It just throws me into the either the worst eating frenzy or into the mindset that I just shouldn't eat at all. So good job on holding everything together so well. I am proud of you and I know others are too.
