hey guys! i was just hoping to get some input:
im 5'7 and although i know websites say that any weight even up to 130 is normal- i was hoping someone could tell me the lowest "cut off" point. i just want to know someone with my stats that couldnt loose any more weight without really looking emaciated. im 110 currently and i do not feel "too skinny" but ive never experience what 105 may look like-- im not sure if 5 lbs would even make a difference?? well hopefully i can get some input on this! thanks to all!!!
