I know that you guys probably don't care...
but I am so-- happy! my waist went back down to normal today, and my period still hasn't started, so I am assuming that I am still carrying some water weight. but i just feel much better. I am happy that I was able to talk myself through the anxiety I felt over the bloating. I was able to take care of myself despite my ana feelings/obsessions.
i just thought that i would let you all know...
