I have a pretty big room so I do almost everything in it, but I make sure that I only go onto my bed if I'm going to go to sleep. It tricks my mind in a way that makes me think that it's time to sleep whenever I lay there. Also try showering/bathing before and pampering yourself before you lay down. Feeling clean makes me calm down and feel comforted, plus you can sleep in by 20 min the next day. Tea and those warm gel masks help me calm me too. And I would suggest is that you should make sure everything you needed to do that night is done, or have a plan for how you will finish it later on so you don't lay there freaking out about it. Try to keep in mind, more you worry, less sleep and worse you will do the next day. If worst comes to worst, take some medicine, just be careful not to become relient on it.
Good luck!
