 I am so proud of you, I really believe you did the right thing. I understand that your mom did not react the way you hoped, but people always act unexpected in unexpected situations. Give it time, if you had a good realation with your mom to begin with you will have one again. When my parents found out (about 10 years ago) they found out because I was taken to the hospital and I was unconscious for days, my dad told me that I was not allowed in his house anymore until I stopped acting like an idiot and stopped with this childish behaviour. Everything ended up fine and I did go home after I came out of the hospital (not recovered at all). Anyway what I am trying to say is, just give it time, you mother is probably very worried and tries to understand ana in a rational way, and ana is not rational to begin with.
I really believe you are doing very well now, you can beat this, go on every day at a time. And accept mistakes, we all make them.
