I think this is a wonderful idea and I like what you came up with. I personally carry some things in my wallet to remind me of my goals and stay on track with my recovery. My most precious is my 3-year coin my husband gave to me this last "anniversary" in Aug. Even though I've had some slip and bumps over the 3 years since being hospitalized, we're still counting from the day I went in and literally changed my life around. I take it out from time to time and read the serenity prayer on it even though I know it by heart...it's a good reminder and grounding tool and I think your bracelets can be the same for you!
