okay, so i switched from Sweet n Low to Splenda a few months ago, but i remember somebody saying (chocolate i think) that Splenda has pretty much the same unhealthy effects....i just have a few questions if anyone can answer....is the sweetener Equal "equally" as bad, lol....i've used it a few times so i'm just curious.....also, somebody mentioned Stevia--a healthy alternitive however you cant heat it above 180 degrees? if this is true, would it be okay to put it in coffee? sorry about all the questions but i cant have regular sugar- it makes me jittery and light-headed
