hey everybody
i'm doing really good lately i manage to maintain my wight and not gain... and even lose whenever i need it... =)
well my question is what is the effect of carbonated water (0 cals) on your system apitite?
and the other one is that when i'm about to get my period I cant control my self... and when i eat a lot os sugar stuff i feel tired and even kindda high does it make sense?
how do you get away from these "premenstrual" binges ?
