No, one 12 oz can of diet pop is fine; it's what I allow myself with my lunch if I feel like it. The rest of the day & night I drink filtered water or 100% juice (but only 100% because if it doesn't say 100%, it has more sugar in it than you'd care to know). If you drink soda for the carbonation and feeling of full which some people say they get and like, try flavored soda water. Some ppl really like it (I don't - but that's my tastes) but they don't contain sugar or sugar substitutes. Check 'em out!
